Swedish Massage 30 minutes: $60 60 minutes: $90 90 minutes: $130 Swedish massage is the most common and best known type of massage involving the use of hands, forearms or elbows during the massage.
Long massage strokes follow the direction of blood flow toward the heart to stimulate blood circulation in addition to relieving muscle tension, increasing circulation, range of motion and enhanced relaxation.
As an added benefit, Swedish Massage improves muscle injury recovery time by speeding up the removal of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. The increased blood circulation carries the toxins away from the tissues to organs such as the kidneys and lungs where they are expelled from the body.
Deep Tissue Massage 30 minutes: $70 60 minutes: $100 90 minutes: $140
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas.
Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure across the grain of the muscle while breaking up and eliminating scar tissue.
Hot Stone Massage 60 minute: $130 Settle the mind and center the soul in sheer sensory bliss. This deeply peaceful one-hour treatment combines the grounding elements of warm basalt riverstones with therapeutic benefits. The smooth stones are kept in a heated crock until they are placed on specific target areas of the body. When manipulated through massage, the hot stones help to reduce muscle tension and provide a deep feeling of wellness and calm.
Cupping Therapy (add on service) 15 minutes: $20 Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts silicone cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.Benefits include pain relief, reducing inflammation, increasing blood flow, relaxation and well-being.
Reflexology (foot) 25 minutes: $45 Your feet are the doors to your entire body. Each organ in our body corresponds with a reflex point in your feet. Therefore treating your feet to a massage is not only relaxing, but it also helps to release blockages, re-establish energy flow, improve circulation, get rid of toxins and release stress. Getting regular foot massages can also help to improve your overall health.
Chair Massage 10 minutes: $15 15 minutes: $20 20 minutes: $25
Chair massage focuses on key tension areas in the back, neck, shoulders, and arms. A professional practitioner performs it in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair.
Another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. Many people feel uncomfortable getting undressed for the traditional massage that is done on a table. With seated massage, people can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that they may feel having to disrobe.
Aromatherapy add an additional $5 to your massage A full body massage with your choice of essential oil to promote relaxation and invigorate the senses.

Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy
Making an appointment:
A credit card number will be required to guarantee your appointment and reserve this time exclusively for you. Your credit card will NOT be charged, however you may use it to pay for services upon completion of your appointment.
Cancellation:
We ask that you respectfully give 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. A $25 fee will be charged to your credit card the first time you fail to cancel with sufficient notice. The full amount of your service will be charged for any subsequent insufficient cancellations.
No Shows/ No calls:
These will result in a charge of the full amount of the service to your credit card on file. If you are on our Monthly Massage Plan, and fail to cancel your appointment with sufficient notice or are a No-Show, you will forfeit the use of that paid massage. Gift certificates and coupons will be voided by failing to cancel your appointment with sufficient notice or by being a No Show.
Late Policy:
Out of respect for me and my other clients, appointments will end on time. If you are late, you will be charged for the full amount of the service. Of course we understand that life is complicated, in the event of reasonable unexpected life events or illness, we will waive this policy at our discretion.
Please understand that when you book an appointment with me, I reserve this space exclusively for you. When you fail to make your appointment or give proper notice, I am unable to fill that spot with another client who may really need the service. These policies are only in place to encourage common courtesy! Thank you!
